All the social-media companies out there are trying to maximize revenues with bloating advertises whenever and wherever they can fit them. But Twitter has come up with a unique way to make our experience more ad-induced with including them right in the middle of a conversation. I don’t know about you, but for me they are already filled with soo much of ads – but no, what is the user experience when we can earn more money, right?
Twitter are testing a new ad format on iOS and Android devices where you will see advertises after the first, third, or eighth reply to a tweet, according to Twitter’s revenue product lead Bruce Falck. Below is how you can expect it to look like:
Starting today, we’re trying something different and testing a new ad format in Tweet conversations. If you’re a part of this test (which is global; on iOS & Android only), you’ll see ads after the first, third or eighth reply under a Tweet. 🗣️ pic.twitter.com/kvIGeYt2vp

Fortunately, I am not selected for these testers yet – so, I can scroll my threads without looking at these irritating ads or replies or whatever they want to call. But yeah, as much as I understand about making the most revenues, no one wants to see this right in the middle of a thread or a conversation or other junk replies. Looks like Twitter read too much into everyone switching to it when Instagram was down. Damn.
